Import Duties and Taxes
The order price excludes import duties and taxes. Please be aware that customs and import duties, taxes might occur on international orders. If you refuse to pay duties after the parcel arrives at customs, your order may be destroyed by customs or sent back to us. If we receive your order back, we will have to deduct any shipping, duties and customs processing fees charged to us from your refund.
Delivery Delayed
We make every effort possible to ensure that every package meets its delivery date, there are many instances where the ability to deliver on time is out of our control. If your parcel arrives 14 days after the expected arrival date, pls contact us at anrabess.official@gmail.com. We will refund you for compensation.
